Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and the app cache work in a similar way; below we call all of these "cookies". This Policy explains exactly what Quizyk stores and how you control it. It supplements the Privacy Policy: /privacy/.
01Our approach
- Without your consent we use only the cookies the service cannot work without (sign-in, language, theme, test progress). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics) are set, and analytics scripts loaded, only after you click "Accept analytics". Until then your browser does not even contact their servers.
- We use no advertising or social-media cookies and share no data for advertising.
- "Accept analytics" and "Reject analytics" are equal choices. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again. If we add a new kind of cookie, we also ask again.

04Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw consent at any time with the button at the bottom of this page or the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. When you reject analytics we stop it and delete the analytics cookies and entries already set. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings — we will then ask again, and you will need to sign in again.
